False alarms are one of the biggest challenges faced by security services. Research showed that nearly 50% of all calls are false or cancelled, leading to resource waste, reduced response efficiency, staff burnout, and greater environmental impact.

Solution

We built Smart Alarm Check® – a cloud-based software powered by AI algorithms that automatically analyzes every incoming signal and determines its validity. The system optimizes team allocation and eliminates human errors, operating in real-time via a Python processing pipeline and Hasura GraphQL integration.

Challenge

Cardiovascular diseases remain one of the leading causes of death. The healthcare sector faces pressure: aging population, chronic diseases, growing demand for services. Traditional monitoring systems are becoming insufficiently effective.

Solution

CardioCopilot is a remote hypertension monitoring and management platform where AI technologies operate at all levels. Device integration ensures real-time data flow. AI consultant provides recommendations, while automated indicator analysis evaluates data and delivers personalized recommendations.

Challenge

Traditional car search platforms are limited to standard filters. In real life, users search by lifestyle and needs, not technical parameters. Such abstract queries were incomprehensible to classic systems.

Solution

We built Auto4D – an advanced car search platform based on a large language model (LLM) that understands abstract human phrases, adapts search to real context, learns from user behavior, and runs on Laravel with integrated AI modules.

Challenge

In many companies, parcel registration is still done manually. It takes 5-10 minutes to register one shipment. This process is not only slow but error-prone. Businesses seek solutions to reduce costs and eliminate human errors.

Solution

We built an intelligent AI agent – a fully automated parcel management tool that automatically fills shipping forms, generates and sends labels, notifies project managers and clients, records data in CRM or ERP systems, and dispatches the courier.

Challenge

In many companies, orders still start with a simple email. Employees manually fill CRM, send supplier inquiries, create comparisons, write technical specs, and prepare proposals. This takes 1.5-2 hours of human work per order.

Solution

We built Order Manager – an AI agent that automates the entire order management cycle: automatically analyzes client emails, creates CRM records, sends supplier inquiries, creates comparisons, generates technical specs for the team, prepares contracts or proposals for clients, and integrates data into ERP, CRM, BI systems.

Challenge

Every company has knowledge guardians – people who know where the latest template is, who signed a contract with a client a year ago, or how internal processes work. But this information is often unsystematized and its availability depends on people who may go on vacation or change jobs.

Solution

We built the Internal Company Memory (RAG) AI agent – a solution that transfers the entire company knowledge base into one all-knowing colleague, available 24/7. The agent reads your documents, understands questions asked in human language, returns specific answers, helps newcomers, and works in Slack, Teams, intranet, or via browser.

Challenge

When a company receives hundreds or thousands of documents monthly (invoices, waybills, contracts), manual data entry becomes a huge challenge. Processing one document takes 2-3 minutes, meaning about 500 hours of work per month and constant risk of errors or delays.

Solution

We built the Document Classifier (OCR) – an AI agent automating the entire document processing workflow: recognizes document types (invoices, waybills, contracts), extracts key data (date, amount, company name, number), enters information into ERP, CRM, DMS, or Excel systems, automatically moves documents to appropriate folders, and operates in the cloud in real-time.

Support teams drown in repetitive questions, response times are long, knowledge is scattered across documents, CRM, ERP and Confluence. Customers wait, employees burn out.

We built the Support Assistant – an AI agent that connects to the company knowledge base, CRM, ERP and ticketing system, understands natural language, answers customers and employees in real time, automatically creates tickets and escalates complex cases to a human.

Challenge

City Parking provides short-term and long-term parking services in Vilnius. All lots are strategically located in the Old Town, fenced and monitored by CCTV. Parking in a big city is stressful – finding a convenient, safe, affordable spot is extremely difficult. An app was needed to easily find, book, and pay for both short-term and long-term parking.

Solution

We built a smart parking app with GPS search that detects nearby lots and shows real-time availability with addresses, prices, and details. Convenient UI, minimalist design, and an intuitive map ensure stress-free search. The key innovation – opening the parking barrier with one tap without leaving the car. The app combines short-term and long-term parking, business accounts, and a full booking cycle.

Challenge

Kodema is a specialized PVC and aluminum window and door manufacturer in Lithuania. Companies struggled to order windows and doors matching their building style and specifications, especially in large quantities with many nuances. A simpler way was needed for B2B users to submit orders online with full manufacturing specs.

Solution

We built an automated ordering system that lets business representatives easily submit orders with exact manufacturing specifications. No manual data entry needed – just import XML documents and the system automatically pulls measurements, quantities, and other information in seconds. Users can review orders, drawings, invoices, and waybills. Integrated with production line and accounting – invoices are generated automatically upon order submission.

Challenge

Seatisfy, founded by experienced catering company Jogundė, was designed to produce and deliver daily lunches to office workers. Office workers are often dissatisfied with lunch quality, forget to eat, or skip lunch due to tight schedules, stress, limited options, high prices, or bad habits. An app was needed to encourage healthier lunch habits tailored for working professionals.

Solution

We built a mobile app with a wide range of dish categories – from salads and soups to gourmet steaks. The app features a smooth ordering process – just a few taps to select a dish, ingredients, delivery time and place, or repeat favorite orders. We implemented daily reminder notifications, group order discounts, and detailed nutritional information for every dish.

Challenge

Mark24 is a new brand founded by well-known Lithuanian printing company Pakmarkas, successfully operating in the Baltic states for nearly three decades. The goal was to introduce a modern, exclusively online label printing service. A professional online label design tool was needed that anyone could use – no design experience required, right in the browser.

Solution

We built an online label design tool with drag & drop – users can change label sizes, colors, typography, use photos and illustrations. Users can also import designs from other apps (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva). The tool offers various print settings – formats, sizes, materials, varnish types. Bright colors create a friendly and accessible brand.

Challenge

Diff Rent is a new car rental service in Vilnius offering a wide range of vehicles from mini models to SUVs. With many car rental companies in Vilnius, we needed a technologically superior solution – a mobile app with flawless UX, integrating different systems and APIs, business processes, and real-time vehicle availability.

Solution

We built an app with a smooth booking flow – after selecting a car, users can specify pickup location, add extras (child seat, insurance, etc.), and see price changes in real-time. Reservations and documents are confirmed instantly. The app offers flexible order management – modify reservations, extend rental period, choose from strategically selected pickup/return locations. 24/7 support via integrated chat.

Challenge

Credit Insurance Broker (KDB) is an independent, second-largest credit insurance broker group in the world, operating in 46 countries. The company philosophy: less bureaucracy, more teamwork. Before working with us, KDB brokers performed almost all tasks manually – some financial forms required 7-8 steps. Document handling needed automation and admin burden reduction.

Solution

The system was built from scratch in close collaboration with the KDB team – from strategic planning to interactive prototype testing. We created a closed web system for two user types (brokers and clients) enabling fast document filling, alternative offer reviews, alerts, and messaging. The system efficiently connects clients with brokers for precise workflow tracking. The project continues with a second phase pursuing full process automation.

Challenge

We have collaborated with SB Lizingas, Lithuania's oldest consumer credit company, for many years. Financial services can be complex and require extensive document handling. The site needed to perform four complex functions: serve new and existing clients, meet manager needs, and handle documentation – all in a rapidly growing market.

Solution

After comprehensive business analysis, we built four complex web systems: ecredit (credit self-service with integrations), client self-service (contract tracking, payments, support), manager zone (B2B client admin), and document management (contracts, purchases, invoices). We regularly apply UX/UI changes based on user behavior studies and A/B testing.

Challenge

We have collaborated with Top Rent since 2012. Rapidly growing car rental demand in the Baltic region required continuous platform improvement, conversion optimization, and internal operations automation. UX/UI was designed by analyzing real user behavior, continuously adjusting style and functionality.

Solution

We built an advanced e-commerce platform with modules tailored for Top Rent: CRM/ERP system, automated fleet and order management, internal process automation (orders, communication, resource management). Redesigned content architecture, automated emails and content, monitored communication algorithms. UX/UI continuously improved based on customer analysis and A/B testing.

Challenge

M-1 is one of the most popular radio stations in Lithuania, holding its position for many years. More listeners are choosing smart devices, making it crucial for radio stations to be conveniently accessible online. M-1's site is rich with text, images, and programs, so the main challenge was attractive and user-friendly information presentation.

Solution

We created a new playful design highlighting the station's unique style, responsive across screen sizes. Removed excessive features for fast, intuitive browsing. Implemented an advanced player that lets users listen to audio and video broadcasts while simultaneously browsing the site: sending messages to hosts, voting for favorite tracks, and participating in daily polls – all at once.

Challenge

Femina Bona group, managing various beauty care businesses, entrusted us with creating an e-commerce platform for cosmetics distribution online. Back in 2010, professional beauty products were only available through in-person deals. A multi-functional, easy-to-use platform was needed for both B2B and B2C markets, moving the entire transaction online.

Solution

We built a multi-faceted e-commerce platform with OpenCart CMS, customized to client needs. Administration simplified through accounting system integration, automated data import/export processes. Integrated convenient category filtering, chat app for communicating with sellers, pricing system, customer loyalty program. Elegant design creates a sense of luxury matching the brand image.
