Ad campaign measurement (OpenAI Ads)

Only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel is enabled (recipient: OpenAI). It is used to measure and optimise ad campaign conversions: when you successfully submit an inquiry form, a “lead_created” event is sent to OpenAI without your name, email or phone. We also store campaign source data (UTM tags, ad ID, OpenAI click reference “oppref”) and anonymous visit steps (page view, engagement, button clicks, form start and submit, calendar opened) to see campaign results. When you submit an inquiry, this campaign data and your consent record (choice, time, notice version) are stored with it. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page — data is no longer sent afterwards.

The same consent also enables: first-party campaign measurement (anonymous visit steps and campaign source data stored in our own system, without form content or contact details), the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (recipient: Meta Platforms), the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel (recipient: OpenAI) and Lemlist visitor tracking (recipient: Lemlist). Without consent these tools are not loaded. If you have consented and click a link to numeno.lt, campaign source data (UTM tags, campaign and ad IDs, “oppref”) and a random journey identifier “se_jid” are added to the link so we can see which campaign the visitor came from; no name, email or form data is passed. The Numeno website asks for its own separate consent for its measurement. When you withdraw consent, the withdrawal is passed to OpenAI and Meta, campaign events are no longer sent and the journey identifier is deleted.
