Nordrent is a rent-to-own company, that pioneers a brand new method of shopping to the Lithuanian market. With Nordrent users are able to rent furniture, household appliances and electronics and later purchase it on favourable terms. The service is completely new in Lithuania and thus needed a strong introduction online to take off successfully.
The Challenge
Nordrent hired us to help appropriately represent and promote their business by developing a capable website. Since rent-to-own services are still new in Lithuania, the main focus was to discover potential customer needs to understand how to communicate about the services on the website to reach the target audience and meet its expectations. Nordrent also requested assistance with filling the website with quality content and polishing the company's branding style.
